Is it possible to get the textures for curtain dirty bomb props

I was wondering if anyone had a link to textures for iconic dirty bomb props e.g.
the CDA wires, pipes, boxes, generators, signs, and walls/panels. I’m working on a project that my friend challenged me to do. I understand that SD probably want to keep the textures and stuff private to prevent copycats coming up and all that. Anyway here are some pics of specific things I want:

Most of these textures will be useless to you sadly, These objects called “meshes” or “static meshes” have a texture lay over them. They look like the out-fold of a paper dice but more complicated. These kind of textures will look more like a box of puzzle pieces than the actual shape. Only the flatspots are useble.

I tried looking into the files once through the Unreal Editor but found out the files where protected by a licence. I didn’t bother to look further. :S

unless SD/Nexon release mapping tools, availability of any 3D assets is unlikely
