Is it Just Me?

I keep having problems in DB. Last night I could not stay in a match but about 15 sec before I was kicked. Today its idk what to call it, lag maybe. Often while i am playing, when i give the game a command (such as hitting the W button to walk forward) I can let go of the command but the character will con’t with the given action. Sticking with my example, I press W to walk forward then press S to walk backward but i con’t forward for a sec or two. This problem applies to all actions, shooting included. I also get Disconnected sometimes.

Is this something wrong on my end?

The only time i ever have problems is while playing Dirty Bomb.

Firstly, change that horrendous title to something more informative. Without enough info, some people could brush over your forum post.

Secondly, try sorting your servers by Ping. AND USE THE SERVER BROWSER. I can’t stress this enough quickplay always sucks, no matter what game you play, it’s just a trend.

Use the server browser, and sort by Ping or Latency. The lower the number, the better. In a shellnut, latency is internet lag, or how long it takes for you input to go to the server and back and register. I would give screenshots, but I can’t due to reasons… maybe someone else can supply those.

I do always select quick match so i will take your suggestion and use the server browser feature. hopefully that works.

This did not work. I entered a match that showed 32 ping and had the worst lag yet. during the match i was getting about 52 ping.

Last night and today i also have not been getting combat xp toward my 2 missions that need combat xp. I get combat xp in game but it doesn’t count towards my missions.
