Is it just me or are the revives just literally failing

I see players reviving me successfully and sending me to spectate mode.

I revive players and they don’t get revived at all, specifically with Sparks with her REVIVR pistol.

It’s a common bug, but I’ve never been sent to spectator mode from revives.
