Is EasyGen Still Being Developed?

Hi,
I know everyone here uses Easygen to make their terrain but I was wandering if the program was still beign actively developed? From the website the last posted news was from 2004.

I would use Fate, but since texturing is not ready I wont use it yet. Or I can figure out how to terrain shade (Fat chance)

I think the guy finalised it. Didn’t he move onto HL2 mapping or something?
