Iron sights vs optics

No, I think it is from Friday The 13th part 6? (Loved this movie back when) But I got my “Leon” character done today: Assault Operative. With Red Dot Sight.

The Professional!

I prefer to use the red dot sight on most of my guns. No real reasoning I can think of other than I personally think it looks cool.

D-Flex on almost everything but shotguns for me.

Even on the rifles, I don’t like to use to scopes that zoom in further because everyone moves so fast in brink it’s harder to get the shot you need when you’re zoomed in that close.

I don’t like the normal iron sights, at least for rapid fire weapons. I can get the first few shots where I want them, but it’s too easy to “lose” the enemy behind the gun once the recoil kicks in.

Adjusted iron sights aren’t bad, I use them on shotguns and other weapons I know I won’t be trying to use from any significant range. Losing the enemy behind the gun doesn’t happen as often as with the normal iron sights.

D-Flex is the most versatile for me though, easier to use than iron sights and has a bigger viewing window than the other red dot sights.

i dont ADS at all with the gerund, crouch and hipfire is very accurate

Using ADS with the Gerund allows you to tap-fire as many bullets as you want and still hit the exact same spot though.

I always put the highest powered scope on everything. Snoop Rs on all my snipers, COGAs on everything else.
