Playing Sawbonez with SMG-9 (the loadout with get up and cooldown reduction) on Terminal’s last stage as attacker. Using Iron Sight prevents further ammo pickups from the chest although you are standing on top of it or next to it without having moved away.
This might be weapon/perk-dependent as I could not recreate the issue with Crotzni on Chapel.
