Happened to me on WC when attacking through the small central room with stairs on last objective. As far as I remember, I dropped the jug near the opening to the street in order to shoot, then placed the healing station practically on top of the jug, then grabbed the jug. And it became invisible in the hands, probably only for me.
Not totally sure about the sequence of actions that led to this.
