I’ve been getting this all day. Not every nade but at random, I throw the nade and it is invisible, but it still reaches the target and kills them. I’m not sure if it’s only invisible on my end or theirs as well.

ive got this too. When either thrown by me, a friendly or an enemy, the stream of colour that is meant to follow the nade just isnt there. its extremely frustrating.
