I did a quick forum search but could not find anyone reporting this, so I’m not sure if it is a known bug or not. Sometimes when switching to the desktop and back or changing resolution, you reenter the game being invisible. While you can’t use any abilities or guns or interact with the world in any way, you can freely walk around the map, stand between the enemies, and I believe even getting damage when walking in their line of fire. I did not take a screenshot, but I guess the game looks pretty normal. I’ve had this twice, it can be solved by using the console to /kill yourself.

Invisible players can still interact with the world, they can die&be revived; I think even deal damage.
