On page 117 of the current issue, last question - Should people expect many more visual upgrades on the console version? Oh, absolutely. We’re going to keep working on that game. Sometimes it sounds almost suspicious when you say you’re going to “patch” the game, as if people were sold something shoddy. Whenever we can make the game better we shall do so.

I anticipate more broken unplayable 8v8 matches if they don’t do it the right way. :slight_smile:

I just want them to fix the texture pop in. For some reason it bugs the hell out of me. Other than that I love the game :slight_smile:

You mean the blur when you first face towards a texture or are in motion?

I do admit that playing on container city with those graphics can be a bit distracting… a little bit. In fact, have you ever just stared at the waste dump that passes for a road on CC and Shipyard, wondering what exactly the devs were trying to go for with that? Kind of depressing in a weird way, lol.

If you don’t have it installed to your hard drive already and you’re on console you should give it a shot. It helped me a lot with that problem in particular.

The blur needs to go it makes it hard to tell what the hell is going on. you run and slide and jump around and feel like you’re on ****ing acid! that’s conter productive in a fire fight lol. no more blur more sharpie sharp, pretty pretty!

Don’t think PS3 has the option to install to console.

You can’t install the PS3 version to the hard drive. The texture pop in isn’t as bad on PS3 as it is on Xbox (I’ve had both versions - returned the Xbox version and bought the PS3 version when the price dropped). It’s weird how the graphics have this problem when you look at some of the other games out there that don’t. Still, the gameplay rocks so I really hope they can patch this graphics problem. Or allow PS3 owners to install to hard drive (if that would help at all).
