Installer will not connect and install

Here is some of what the log says. Thanks for any help.

try installing it manually, if it doesn’t work still put the install in
'C:\Users\DARTHS~1\AppData\Local\Temp{9fc37537-b1d7-45e8-a169-56ba183f7b0b}\

just guessing
