Several buyers have complained about the game crashing immediately on start up (including me, and i already posted my dxdiag), and other than being told that this issue is a “priority,” there has been no explicit confirmation that it is being addressed (or will be in the near future). Is a resolution intendeded to be put in the next patch, or was the first patch intended to diagnose the issue (because the issue is far from being resolved) while the next patch will only be addressing framerates, textures, etc. and some of us have to wait for who knows how long before we can even play with the character generator.

Do you want them to acknowledge and waste time responding to everyone on forums or fix said issues?

As I have said, all crashes, especially ones of this nature, are a very high priority for us.
