So as the title states, inspecting weapons does not work for me. I rebinded the keys and nothing happened. Im using a custom config so any tips would help a ton. Thanks

It is G by default. If you rebound the G key to another function, this will automatically make it so that the “inspect weapon” function has NO key bound to it. Go into your keybindings options and make sure that a key is bound to it (I believe it’s about half way down the list).
If you have bound a key to it and it still doesn’t work, click the “default” button on the bottom to reset your keys to default. Now rebind how you like, and don’t set anything else to G, leave the inspect weapon as the G key.
This might be a bug - and could be worth reporting in the bug report section.
