Just a mad scientist.
Heavily focused on damage to players and objectives (EV or any other objective/secondary objective that needs hit-point damage).

Around 110 hp
Around 410 Speed

Guns-
Primary: Railgun
Secondary: Small fast paste dual wield pistols

Special-
1 Molotov: Heavy immidiate dmg, short burn time, Wait time 30s
1 Acid: Does small dmg over long period of time, Wait time 15s
(Time is obviously Negotiable)
(Possible Replacement for 1 or both of the 2 above, a cloud that stops enemies from using their special abilities in that cloud and/or slows the recharge times for their specials. Much like explosions the further in you are the heavier the effect.

(All is open for debate, I just wanted the idea of a scientist to be shared. I also like the idea of the railgun)

I do like the idea of duel pistols, but they would have to be a primary weapon.

The REVIVR isn’t a railgun in the slightest, it charges up, but that does not necessarily mean the projectile is propelled with electro magnets, as well a railgun would be a devastating weapon with no intention of helping anyone on the battle field.

VerticallyObese, since stoker is a character then I fall back on the third option I gave. Give this merc the slowing gas and/or the acid. And the pace is, again, up for debate.
