Very rarely I experience an input repeat issue, where the last input is repeated until some kind of failure state is encountered. ex, Sawbones, press q once, chuck medkits until they’re gone (note that running out of medkits is enough to resolve the problem). Additionally had it happen for a weapon swap (mouse wheel up/down one tick, continually swapping through all items(presumably because there is no failure state), only resolvable by exiting the server. Other potentially related issues includes a case where both I and a teammate were unable to switch from our knives after a respawn (we both switched to knives for moar speed after respawn, both unable to switch to primary weapon.)
