I think I have the lowest resolution and when I change setups ingame I cannot accept those settings anywhere. Just pressing escape and it asks if I wanna exit the menu without saving these settings.

I have the same bug!
I want to change the mouse wheel rotation to all items instead only to ranged weapons. This option is not available in the settings of the starting menu (frontend) but available in the ingame settings during the match (1st bug). But in this settings is the save/apply button not available (2nd bug). Looks for me that the scaling of the menu is not correct and the button is somewhere below the lower edge of the screen! My screen resolution is 1280x1024…
