you mean, operatives can have troubles with wearing enemy clothes of different bodytypes ?
and/or have drawbacks from it ?

looking forward to disguising my self as the enemy!
By the way when you are disguised as the enemy can the people whose team you’re actually on tell it’s you or will they shoot at you?

(LyndonL) #7

I read it as: Same as TF2 Spy - Even though you LOOK like a Scout, you still run around like a Spy… I.e the only way you can tell someone in disguise is by the way they AREN’T moving.

(crazyfoolish) #8

can you please explain this more in depth as i am new to SD games. Sorry.

(light_sh4v0r) #9

The idea is that a spy will always be a spy. He may look different, but he’ll still be a spy and as such you can recognize him by his movement. In TF2, the different classes all move different, so a spy disguised as a scout will still walk like a spy. It requires some practice, but you can use that to identify spies from real friendlies.

Who would go heavy operative anyway?

(H0RSE) #12

I would - I will try all classes as Heavy, since Heavy is my type of playstyle.

(tokamak) #13

Heavies do have more proficiency so they’ll be able to use more gadgets and skills than the light guys. Sneaking behind enemy lines with a minigun is… interesting as well.

(brbrbr) #14

he mean behavior[patterns]analysis can help you discover disguised enemies more quicker than any visual aspects of it.

(MILFandCookies) #15

no problem dude

(redbeardraven) #16

To elaborate a little bit more what he means is that you need to think about what that person is doing. If you see a “heavy” character being extremely secretive and not going out to shoot things up it is possible they are a spy. I am not certain about any the voice chat options in this game, but from TFC / TF2 games you could try to talk to them to see if they respond to you. In those games you would call for a “medic” only to be stabbed in the back if the spy was disguised as a medic.

More then likely, you will know what we are talking about when you play the game. Movement speed will look different, player actions will not seem right for the type, they won’t be responsive to you or any mates, it’s even possible they will try to avoid you.

I hope this clears that up.

if you see a “light” unable to do “light” tasks, you know he’s disguised

(tokamak) #18

And vice versa which would be more obvious me thinks.

(MILFandCookies) #19

I would try all classes for every bodytype. :magicpony:
