Several people have been posting about this for years. I saw people post about it on that thread with the list of “common sign-in errors” and the thread was just abruptly closed. None of my threads or anyone else’s have been answered. No resolution has come around.
My friends were getting this bug recently and now I’ve got it again.
The problem is with the SSL certificates…
Would love if this could actually be looked into. I have no control over this and cannot login until it’s fixed.
I know the general ‘Known Issues’ thread was closed awhile ago but that was because most of the information in it was completely out of date. Only a few still existing issues were in it. A new one should probably be made. And it was more then just sing in errors, I promise you that.
As far as your issue goes, there is always that part where you should open a ticket with Support about this. It really isn’t an issue where the average forum user can assist. The technical support section of the forums is not so Nexon can resolve your problems. It is so other players can help resolve your problems. When that fails opening a ticket is the next step.

I also never said my threads were closed. I said that the known issues thread was closed.
Closing a “known issues” thread has nothing to do with issues being out of date. There were several people replying to the thread with the very same sign in issue.
Take a stroll through the above link and see all the people having the same issue.
I made a ticket before with no resolution and have already made one. This needs to be publicized so that something is done about it. The more people discussing the topic, the more exposure it has. Also maybe there’s an off-chance someone from the company will reply to the thread finally and acknowledge there’s an issue.
@sneak You were complaining that threads were closed, I assumed you meant your own as well. I only checked your history. Also, both of the threads I linked are different, but both were made in November by you. It is likely you just copied and pasted in the information from one to the other if you think they are the same. Check the titles and the OP in them.
With all the links you shared, I didn’t see any there were closed when I skimmed through. Just the one known issues thread.
You can even see in at least one of them I directed the user to support. This is not an issue that the forums can solve, as I said in my first post. The only reason I bothered to look up your post history was because I am one of the people responsible on the forums and I wanted to know why one of your threads was locked. When I didn’t find any locked thread reporting the issue besides the known issues thread I brought it up.
It doesn’t impact me at all that there are a number of threads about the issue if I can’t do anything at all about them.
Also, when did you open your ticket with Nexon Support? If it has been awhile they may have closed the ticket. if it is more recent, then give them some time to reply.

I already edited my reply regarding those being the same thread. The confusion was caused by you deciding to link specifically to a post with the same image.

Once again, I never said they were closed. I stated that the “known issues” thread was closed. I specifically stated that the threads made by people were not answered, actually:

That’s fine, but the issue must be presented or nobody will ever pay attention to it. I can sit here and wait forever for a stupid ticket reply in which they do nothing to solve the issue just like last time but this doesn’t fix the problem.

The last time I opened the ticket was around November 2015 when the problem was frequent. I’ve had this issue a couple times since then but it hasn’t been as bad as 2015 until today. The issue here is that if I can’t sign in by 7PM CST I lose 2 things and I doubt they will be willing to replace them despite the issue being completely out of my control.
Nexon chat refuses to do anything about it, nor in the tickets…
When is this going to be fixed? Been happening for years and nothing that users can do about this.
Ajich from the chat said they are “still investigating the issue” but won’t tell me any estimation of how long it’s been “under investigation”. It’s like they are aware this is happening but refuse to actually do anything about it at all.
jup i have the same problem and its a shame that i spend money on this game. Didnt spend a lot but it could be a lot for some people. Time to move to overwatch man this “support” sucks.
Spending money doesn’t really change anything as it’s a free to play game. It was totally by your own will to spend money on the game so that’s not really en excuse for these issues to be resolved. However, they should be resolved anyways and as you can see they still refuse to give any official reply to this issue on ANY of the threads this week.
