Industry Final 2 beta

I made a second final. Its beta status right now. I played this map pretty often now and the attackers often get stuck in the spawn when they have escorted the tank to the first barrier. I removed the Team Door so the can get easier to the command post. Besides there are some other changes too that are.

more Cover (boxes crates)
health and ammo cabinet
new way to get to the command post
axis have 2 spawn locations they can select.

i saw a lot of games got unfair when there where not many players on the map. so i think now the axis wont get spawnkilled that much.
as in the normal version the command post is very important. now the command post can be build easier and there will be two hot spots in the map. the tank and the command post.

Happy to hear that the teamdoor has been removed. It puzzled me why on earth it was added in the first place, and then made allied only. Wrong team. Anyway, its gone now.

Another thing: Final 2 Beta? What are you gonna call the real final version? Was there a Final 1?

Drakir was in the same pickle with his Hide map. There was a bug in the final version so he rereleased the map under 2hide.

Yes, the one tiny little 2-thing that made an otherwise splendid map kind of… “unpronouncable”… :banana:

Played this map for the first time last night. Liked the layout, but the FPS were dropping all the way down to the 30’s (one of the shitstorm 30+ person servers). Is there anything you can do about the FPS? If you haven’t already done so, you can drop structural sky all the way down to your roof tops.
