increases credits from 12 to 15?

(What A Noob) #1

Would this do or would it be to much?

(RyePanda) #2

You should probably specify that you mean credits per minute. And I personally wouldn’t mind this, but financially for SD and Nexon it doesn’t seem sound. It probably needs to stay as is.

(Backuplight) #3

Credit gain is fine as is imo.

(N8o) #4

I can get 30k credits a day as is. I don’t really think it needs to change.

(titaniumCrouton) #5

Can you tell us how you get this much and how many hours of gameplay you have to dedicate to obtain this number per-day?

I too am curious. On a good day I can get 10k-12k.

People are way too worried about credits. I am not sure why people think that the only way nexon is going to be making money is by selling mercs.

The bulk of their money is going to be coming from selling skins, not the mercs themselves.

The only people that are going to buy mercs are the people with no patience and the disposable income to do so. That is never going to change no matter how many credits they give us.

Or people who wish to support the game.

Sounds good to leave it alone.

Yea, I play 13 hours a day since I am going hard on racing for level 20. Almost there. I get about 2 levels a day and 3 if I am really on point. I don’t see how anyone that has a life could spend a lot of time on this game. You guys probably think I am lying, but I am being serious.

I think what people are trying to say here is right now their only income is from mercs and loadouts (individual or cases), and perhaps some credit boosters. If you up the amount of credits gained, the non-cash purchase of all of these becomes much more appealing, because it’s less of a time investment. In the future when (if?) skins are offered for sale in some form, then yeah, perhaps that’s the time to up the credit gain.

If you get lucky you could play around 4 hours in a day and get 30k credits with the credit system that is in place. Most likely you’d need 5 hours and one more refresh though. And you wouldn’t be playing all of those hours straight.

The key to gaining credits quickly is making sure you hit all the different game types, do missions as efficiently as possible and only play when you have missions (unless you just want to play).

(MarsRover) #13

Bulk of your income comes from missions and daily bonuses.

And even when you play “casually”, like 1h a day, you can easily earn 4000 credits or more. That’s ~7 days per 30k merc and ~12 days per 50 merc. Credits for time played make up only 10-15% of your income.

I seriously doubt that one can make that much i nthat time frame without boosters.
With average gain, per hour, of about 800 creds, its 4000 from game itself.
Then 1500 from first win/objective/stopwatch.
And id put average from missions at around 2000 per cycle, 8000 in total.
So after 5 hours id get 13-14k creds on average.

I guess it depends when you start playing. Once you note what time missions reset, it’s easy enough to make time to play an hour before they reset and play for a few hours then. Suddenly that 5 hours of play time gets you 3 sets of missions.

(AlphaUT) #16

That also depends on how well you were doing during the game. It is possible to get above 30k exp which brings more credit

(MarsRover) #17

Yes, that’s what @Dirmagnos said. Even if you play 5x1h after mission refill, you can earn:

  • 1500 daily bonuses
  • ~3000 from game time (as you won’t be in match all the time)
  • 5x~2000 = 10000 from missions
    = ~15000 total

That’s nowhere near what @Amerika said: 30k credits for 4-5h. Don’t get me wrong, I find this rate very acceptable (especially the first hour where you can earn 4-5k), but let’s not exaggerate. Even the best case scenario (3x1000 missions everytime) is only ~20k for 5x1h.

I’ve seen this claim multiple times and noone ever provided solid proof. And I’m just to lazy to check this myself

Well, it is possible to earn a lot of exp from a single game, its rather common in Stopwatch mode, but it will take you considerably more time as well.
And to earn 30k exp in Objective game… i dont know, never seen it. 20k is far more realistic, altho also extremely rare.
