And finally, here comes my Brink review for Gamers.fr (as the name suggests, unfortunatly for most viewers of this forum, it’s written in french)

The reasons it gets 8/10 even though I write it as an excellent multiplayer game are as follow :
-There are still plenty of issues with most owners of ATI graphics cards
-There are still a fair share of bugs in the game (nothing gamebreaking for me, though)
-The content that is already in the game is nice but it isn’t enough yet to give the game some legs
-Splash Damage promised a story. It’s there but it isn’t really well exposed.
-I’ve seen a lot of broken games because players didn’t try to play the game the way it is intended, and even though it has NOTHING to do with Splash Damage, if most servers become full of idiots, this game could become unplayable online.

I would’ve liked to see him go even more in depth, just totally rip Brink apart for each and every last one of it’s shortcomings. I guess he couldn’t be bothered to keep playing such a bad game, though.

However, many positions are available for optimistic and dedicated individuals to be a part of! Below are positions we are hiring for in BRINK:
BRINK DIVISION POSITIONS
* Dispute Administration Assistant (2)
Be at least 18 years of age or older, available on default match nights, and be able to create a cohesive working relationship with Head Admins of the division. Being able to act with discipline is also a big part of this position.
* Match Predictors
As a Match Predictor, you’ll be sought to create weekly predictions with others, have good writing skills, and be on top of player gossip and team news.
* Talented Shoutcasters
Have a very strong and mature voice, with the ability to shoutcast on a scheduled basis when required to do so. Ventrilo, and a quality microphone are required.
* Livestreamers
You must have a strong rig with a high upload speed. Here are the specifications required:
Upload Speed: 3 MBPS
CPU: Quad core processor minimum
RAM: 3GB+
GPU: Decent, GTX 260+ levelish, be able to play Black Ops in 1080P, high FPS.
Maybe those positions weren’t appealing to your taste, so how about joining our press department? Our press varies on the many types of different games out there, and you don’t even have to pick specifically one game to write about! Submit your articles, and get them published!

* Director
With many new and exciting opportunities for our organization to promote media and establish a threshold in the news community, our ideal candidate for the Director position would be optimistic, mature, dedicated, and have a keen insight on managing and maintaining a healthy and solid Press Department. * Counter-Strike: Source, BRINK, LoL & General Gaming Writers
The above position(s) would be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the league’s news articles and general media contributions. It’s imperative in an organization where the majority of events happen on a daily basis, for our members to be updated frequently on game releases, PC news, and game-specific information. Each of these positions are filling fast, and we are only seeking a handful of individuals with tremendous attention-to-detail to take hold of these positions and work with the Press Director to generate and maintain news. If you have experience in this line of work, we would love to hear from you!
* YouTube Professional
Lastly, we are seeking an individual who is highly experienced in maintaining and updating our YouTube channel. With YouTube being one of the most constantly viewed sites on the internet, and with the amount of daily upkeep needed to be done with it, we would love to find someone to help lead the way and spearhead this project at the best of their ability.
