In some extent, every bad things going on lately are actualy good for the game

Hi, i will try to explain my point of view beside my not to good english.

Like i said, every bad thing going on lately are good for Dirty bomb after all.
More they are anarchy, harder it is to look at the other way. So devs will have to work if they want to keep their jobs. (at least, do it for missmurder)

We got more and more cheaters. Many people see at least one obvious hacker (ore more) every days.
Now because it start to spread out a lot, devs are working on an Anti-cheat system. Some thing better than we have atm (dixit reddit).

The teleporting issue? it will force devs to look at what commands are still accessible.

Aura ev xp boost? Because it’s spreading like a virus on every EV map server, sd have to be reactive and fix it.
About it, some thing worry me: Server level 10 min…With it every one will be level 10.

Dirtycup closing (well, not at 100%)? Devs are very close to the guys running/working at dirty cup.
An evenement like this will maybe wake up them. They will work sooner on some competitive issues (demorecorder, server location…).

Dirty bomb loosing lots of player? They will think about it. Why is it happening?

In anarchy, we can get order.

I’m not familiar with a couple of these issues, but better anticheat has been in progress for considerably longer than this latest cheat has been in the wild (and consequently for longer than the resulting wave of cheaters have been causing us problems). Several of your other conclusions are also unsound.

Of particular note are the following points that you do not seem to have adequately considered:[list]
[] Level grinding in this game, whether through the use of exploits or simply through repetitive action on the part of the individual is an unproductive use of your time. After the first few levels pass (extremely quickly), the rewards for levelling up are just cases and being called a nerd by strangers on the internet.

] The devs are professionals. They make games for a living. I would be extremely worried if they didn’t ask themselves questions like “How can we attract more players and improve player retention?” etc. on a daily basis. They don’t need excuses to ask these questions, they are the sort of thing that gets asked all the time.
