Vassili, Proxy, and Fletcher have been in the game a long time. They’ve already collected a broad selection of Special Edition cards in their time in Dirty Bomb, including Alienware and Humble Bundle cards from outside events. Stoker, on the other hand, only has standard Special Edition cards for the in-game events since his release.
Stoker is a versatile, supportive merc with numerous practical tactical applications, and is also very fun to play. He deserves to have some unique loadout bling to catch up to the older mercs, and now’s our chance to get him a super shiny Culprit card and his very own Obsidian loadout!
Unless you REALLY want another merc to become Culprit during the final week, you can help promote Stoker by taking Stoker into your squad. Simple as that.
All I’m asking is to give Stoker a chance against the Week 5 frontrunner. If he’s going to lose, he should at least do it a point or two behind in a blaze of glory.

Well, it’s over. Proxy won by a marginal lead that was almost certainly caused by being an easy-to-play engineer in an objective-oriented game. While the outcome was to be expected, Stoker put up a spectacular fight against the stacked odds, and he did in fact come second, not two, not one, but a fraction of a percent behind. Stoker supporters should be proud of what they’ve accomplished, but the defeat still stings, especially when Stoker’s much-deserved prizes escaped so narrowly from our hopeful grasp.
I’d like to congratulate Proxy for winning suspect, but honest to God, there is no way in hell I will believe she deserved that victory. The race was so close that I can’t help but be certain that if Dirty Bomb had released a free-to-play Engineer prior to the event, Stoker would have won. But it’s over, and we should just try to move on. Mourn for Stoker’s loss, but be prepared to fight for Stoker’s wellfare and badassery in events to come.
In our minds, Stoker will always be the real winner of this event.
