Kick player votes need to be able to be initiated from either team for any player, and, the fact that there is a vote active needs to be made more visible to players.
I’ve have never seen an in game vote pass, ever. I rarely even see votes initiated to kick the obvious aim-botters because no one on the team which is being stomped can start the vote. I’ve even seen it go as far as people on the team with the player who is ruining the game refuse to initiate a vote because they want to farm the XP from the hacker.
