mercs are not the same as loadout cards.
In-Game Currency - Cost of Unlocks TOO high?
Before people start talking about prices in depth please read the following threads.

Thanks!
[quote=“derps;11285”]Idk, i dont see many complaints. But the time dedication to unlock a single class is insane!

I agree that it can be tedious I would like to see lvl unlocks for characters or readouts.
There is a tiny little black cog symbol at the top right of your post. If you click it you can edit. Very hard to find if you don’t know where to look.

I agree the prices are too high.
If it was 5€ per merc, I will probably buy 3-4 of them.
But currently it’s so expensive that I prefer to play and unlock them for free…
You get generally from 150 to 250 from most games, also the amount can variate from how well you did, and how fast / long the match was.
Then we have the missions which adds extra credit to the game. We get 3 new missions every 3 hours or so, which can be 500’s or even higher in rewards.
So lets say you manage to play 4 games a hour, that’s (200*4)*3=2400 credits with missions, lets say a 1 2 3 tier would be (500+750+1000=2250) + ^ = 4650 credits
The thing is, you don’t have to play like a madman, you can log in, do your missions, log out and wait for new ones and rinse repeating.
50k is a lot, sure, but that’s also the F2P thing, it wants you to buy it’s stuff! But you can just farm it with some patience, try out a merc you like during the free rotation? Well just spend your time playing him and safe up for him!
I’ve stated this in another thread:
" The game is still new. So everyone in the game of course has low income/currency. I’m telling you after about 3 months of playing this game you will have tons of money saved up with nothing to do with it. Currently, mercs (and crates/trading up) are the only things cash is spent on; no customizations and no timed purchases. If you got all of your desired mercs in 1 month, what is left to do?
You have to know designs for longevity of consumer activity require a bit of grind for the consumer.
Good luck mates! B) "
