In a perfect world....

What is one thing you like that would improve Dirty Bomb for you? I’ll start:

A perfect world would have all-merc dreiss.

(Backuplight) #2

2 years worth of dev work happening overnight. Maps, skins, mercs, QoL changes… :flushed:

(NuclearBreadstick) #3

…I’m pretty sure my priorities are straighter than yours

Where’s the gnomes when you need them.

(Jostabeere) #6

A functioning Phantom.

(SteelMailbox) #7

Where there is a Flawless AC and the most balanced gameplay (will never happen but I can dream)

(Ardez1) #8

If the Splash Damage, Steam and Nexon forums were all merged into one.

:stuck_out_tongue: The dreams of a moderator.

(Ctrix) #9

Using steam forums
The horror has a name

:stuck_out_tongue: The dreams of a moderator.
Woah, woah, woah Ardez. In a perfect world, the steam forums have no place in our Perfect World. I’d like this too, I’d love to check the SD forums more but I’m just so used to using these that I don’t want another forum. Not sure I understand the logic between having multiple forums.

Splash Damage forums cover multiple games, this one just DB

(Backuplight) #12
Splash Damage forums cover multiple games, this one just DB
Right, just feels like it’d make more sense to plug their forums as the official forum (and group the player base) instead of having two. Maybe something Nexon insisted on? Unless this is more usual practice than it appears to me, I don’t get that invested in game forums generally.

(Ctrix) #13

Generally publisher forums are filled with support threads and little community.

(Gish) #14

More maps, That is all.

(fubar) #15

SDK & Server binaries release. Let the comp scene take care of their own shit since SD seems too incompetent.

(Ctrix) #16

Because that’s not going to backfire at all.

(Fleshpound) #17

In perfect world,Steam forums(and Reddit one for DB) would not be filled with toxic community(Perfect for anyone but mostly moderators).

In perfect world,Phantom is very balanced once again.

In perfect world.competitive has more rewards than missions(aka win x matches of competitive but play x matches on competitive with bigger rewards can stay).

In perfect world,we need 8 days to get 50k.

(Gi.Am) #18

In a perfect world, SD/Nexon doesn’t have to pay bills (us neither). They make the game for fun and have no need for F2P compromises, likewise we can play as much as we want. No one needs/wants to buy acc. that where leveled up to high ranks via. cheats.

actually it’s normal to have the forums on the publishers site, but it hasn’t always worked well. The Quake Wars site was fantastic, setup great, forums were jam packed with high level community, great mapping/modding section, full of tech support. Was likely the best forum I ever saw, then Lack ‘O’ Vision just erased it, no chance to even back anything up. Then came Brink, worst forum, zero Bethesda involvement, tech support was community members only.

after those 2 a bunch of us oldtimers insisted SD have DB forums, this is the first of their games to have a full forum on their site

In a perfect world, I still wouldn’t have gotten bored of TF2 and migrated. I don’t think that’s a very perfect world.

In a perfect world, I would actually get the damn loadout cards I want, without buying em in the store.
