Splash Damage please add this to the game.
Phoenix’ special edition Halloween costume. All mercs should get a Halloween costume for Halloween.
We need an event like we had for Aimee except it will be for Turtle and each merc will get a Halloween costume loadout card. But without the boosters to increase drop rate for the Halloween Cases (guarantee Halloween card) because we don’t want it to end up like boosters from ReV
