Dearest DB peeps:
It’s been a couple of glorious weeks of shooting, ‘splosions and witty quips, but all good things must come to a (temporary) end. We’ve had a ton of great feedback from you all, and will wrap up this phase of the Closed Beta on January 20th at 6PM PST. Dirty Bomb will then be taken offline for more features, updates, and fundamental improvements based on your experiences.

Good news for the patient types - EVERYONE who signed up for the Closed Beta at www.dirtybombgame.com before January 15th at 11:59PM PST (and all current Beta players) will get an Early-Access Period Beta key prior to the next phase of the Dirty Bomb Closed Beta on Steam.

Make the most of these last few days of the full unlocked Merc roster! You’re an awesome bunch and we can’t wait to spend more time on the wrong end of your harsh, cruel gun barrels.

Loving the game so far, but any idea as to how long the Downtime will be for the wipe and update, or is it too early to tell?

So far this session has been extremely fun. I’m curious as to what happened to some of the other characters, though. The ones I remember when CBT originally started. I’ve been gone for a while just til i noticed the steam swapover, so I don’t have any idea what happened.

I need some clarification please, I registered for beta at least a week ago (not sure on exact date) and I’m confused by this post.

I’d say that you’d be safe in assuming this. There wouldn’t be so much emphasis on “EVERYONE”, otherwise, I’d think.

Thanks Hipolipolopigus, Hope MissMurder sends out another wave or something, got to work Sunday and through the week so its not looking good.
I’ve already decided if I get an invite I’m calling in sick, LoL (Sorry Amazon put in ridiculous overtime for December, GET OFF ME).
