It’s all good @primBridge I wrote that just for giggles, lol.
I agree, there’s no need to be rude towards the devs.
I'm tired of all the complaining
I’ll add a quick thought here, as a dev (why aren’t I flagged? :().
We do read these forums, we don’t always have time to give feedback though (there are a lot of posts and a lot of work still to do). We’re more than happy to read negative and positive feedback, it’s all useful, but as Fang said it becomes very hard to read and care about if it’s abusive. That tends to be the line where it goes too far. When posts are abusive we just tend to skip them and want to spend less time reading the forums.
As long as you can keep it constructive then we’re more than happy to read positive and negative comments

Maybe you guys should really think about posting much more oftenly, even for a very short answer, unless you have delays to respect of course. It just make the community feels really important, and will create a strong bound between the team and the community. As a player, I can’t tell you the joy I have when a staff member directly answers to my posts, there’s no word to describe it : in very short it makes me feel like I am making valuable texts, and it makes me feel like coming again in game and in the forums. Of course you can’t answer everyone, but I am sure that more common answers will have a very good impact on the dev and community relationship.
SD: maybe just mark the theads as “read by a DEV” makes us feel heared.
and yes, skip the complains that are completely from an ego-perspective like " i always get killed by proxy … make her slower or the game will fail", " i bumped into nades 3 times, nerf them or the game will fail" …
and keep listening to constructive critics. i got the feel that you do.

You are absolutely right, I do feel really good right now. Not only did I maybe create a stronger bond with dev’s to player, I feel heard. But honestly, that wasn’t the the point of this. The point was more to make the dev’s feel a little bit better, and to let them know that some people wont tolerate the bs they have to deal with just as much as they don’t want to deal with it. I am no entertainer, but there is something that has to be said about making someone else’s day better that can not be explained with words.

I think that a button that said “opinion noted” that only a dev could press would be really nice, not necessary but a kind gesture on the devs part. And also, they are probably aware by now of what advice to take and what not to take, but that is a good point for players. If you want your point to be heard, have a good point to back up.
