The simple solution here is to just no longer log in to your account or as you said have it deleted, but you still cannot give away your account… nor is there a reason to, it’s free to make one and if anyone decided they wanted your account it would be your the reputation you’ve earned which can be seen as inheriting a Dirty Rep score, this invites trolls to take your account and abuse the privileges you have earned with it. I hope you understand that such possibilities exist and as such they cannot allow you to offer your account to anyone… if they so desire to have one they can make it themselves, it’s free.
