I'm Making a Wolfenstein ET map but NEED HELP!

I,m new in the map making
-When I start my map and I try to open the limbo menu my computer stop working and I must restart it. I cant open the limbo menu, so I cant choose class and cant spawn!! :angry: ( I can only play in spectator mod).
I have tried to create the minimap in the limbo menu but the instructions are very confused :banghead: (I wrote my minimap in the paint, but I dont know how to convert this picture in .tga format :banghead: and save it in levelshot directory :banghead: :angry: :banghead:
Do I need some program to convert this file?
-How can I make the water surface? :???: :???:

PLZ help me!!!

You don’t need a map to get into limbo etc.

Have alook at the following Making your first ET map by Hummer.

Also for water, you need to make the brush you want as water and texture it all with the nodraw water texture (Common ---- nodraw water)
And then texture the top face of the brush with the water texture you want (Ctrl + Shift + select the face)

^ You must open acdsee and choose EDIT/CONVERT and choose .TGA and click on SAVE
