I'm done with this game

(Swimmy) #21
I find it funny that you’re still here. I thought you were done with the game? Why do you feel the need to argue your point? Do you really expect that Brink fans will care or even agree with what you’re saying?

And please stop calling people fanboys. It’s annoying and it shows your true age.

edit: I also find it funny you didn’t reply to my post about Bad Company. hah.
Last I check this is a discussion forum not a Splash Damage stroking contest. So If I want to tell you how crappy something is I will.

Yes you are a fanboy. You are butt hurt cause someone didn’t like your game for many reasons. You are upset cause most people don’ enjoy this broken game. As where I said it it at least had potential. Get over it.

I will respond to your BFBC statement which I was getting to. I guess you think you made some kind of statement of fact? I know a lot of fans of the older Battlefield games that do play Bad Company. So obviously you are wrong. Bad Company 1 still has full servers even with BC2 out. Me thinks those servers will still be full while these servers will be empty i the future.

^ Crybaby is upset that someone had something negative to say about this game. Maybe we should flood this forum with how everyone LOVES this game…But we know that isn’t true.

There is a difference between a discussion and trolling. You expressed your point, I don’t see this thread going anywhere else. If I were a mod this is good locking candidate.

eg: “I know you are but what am I” (rinse and repeat)

(silicon_ghost) #24

Yep, only a few minor issues.

[ol]
[li]Co-op is broken for many users, including me. /rude SD
[/li][li]Friendly bot AI is pathetic.
[/li][li]Splash Damage managed to **** over a bunch of customers who now can’t get their money back
[/li][/ol]

Yep, only a few minor issues.

Hey, MOD, get me my money back and I can stop trolling amongst rabid fanboyz.

(Nail) #26

the single player, if done correctly is the perfect tutorial for online play, where all the fun is
why not check back in a week and see if you like it after playing online

(Kurushi) #27

Bad Company 2. Says it all. The most dumbed down spin off of a decent FPS series ever.

(blackjack3578) #28

the truth indeed

(blackjack3578) #29

come on dude what was the point to your thread? There is a difference between constructive criticism and trolling.

(hailey) #30

I like BC2 more than Brink, I think it’s still a better PC game

(peteXnasty) #31

Since when did games become about collecting things and not gameplay

I used the same guns in UT2k4 for years and not once did I ever think I ran out of things to do cause well…there was always a new match to join

Maybe stamp collecting is more in line with your desires

Since when did games give you full access to all the weapons and pretty much everything else in less than day? There’s a reason there is a progression system in the most current FPS’s.

Not much to say about the game play. It lacks in many aspects.

The only trolling done here is by the Butt hurt fanboys.

(GR0MIT) #35

Bye then, don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out, another whiney kid gone with zero patience, i aprove of this ragequit.

(Swimmy) #36

LMAO. Do you even know what Rage quitting is.

(GR0MIT) #37

You rageguit from the game, which you just lost by the way.

To stop playing a game out of anger towards an event or set of circumstances that transpired within the game.

(GR0MIT) #38

Do you want me to copy paste the meaning of douchebag aswell from an online urban dictionary.
I’m also really pissed off. I’m done with this game as well.

AS IF A FUSION REACTOR IS ABLE TO MELTDOWN!!! SERIOUSLY What was SD thinking? Everyone is talking about it and it’s just one huge flaw in the plot. Seriously the rest of the game is great but a fusion reactor can’t ever blow up! It totally rips the story apart, I’m not buying this nonsense.

Now I get why everyone is complaining about Brink, the sheer disregard for realism is just ridiculous. If real terrorists wanted threatened with attacking a fusion reactor, then everyone would be laughing at them, they would make an absolute fool out of themselves, but here it’s ‘HERP DERPA DERP WE BLOW UP A FUSION REACTOR HURDUR’ and they SUCCEED AT IT. Oh whoever thought that tup seriously deserves some spanking.

Now granted, in the ETQW forums I mused about a fusion reactor for a map as well, the torus shape of it just really suits it and the reactor map has this shape around the final objective as well, makes for an interesting map. BUT IT CANNOT BLOW UP. IT CANT. If you think this is possible then you deserve all the low ratings and inane reviews the game gets.

If you’re making a game about sustainable development at least get the science right! BAH! Tomorrow I’m returning the game to the shops, I’m not exactly sure where Valve is vested but I’ll find out. I’ll hand it over to Gabe myself if I have to.
lol i was thinking that too “SUCCESS” and in my head I’m like wtf wouldn’t that be a failure…now they’ve really become terrorist instead of resistance.

The only thing i like is the what if scenarios cause one of them can lead into a different type of landscape if they decide to experiment with maps.

(DeadEye) #40

Swimmy… you traded in Brink, but you’re still trolling a thread you made complaining about it?

STFU, nobody cares. This game is amazing when played right, it’s not SD’s fault you aren’t smart enough to know how to play it.
