I know you don’t care, but I can’t just leave a game that I actually paid for without saying anything.
These days, game developers are all HURR DURR WE DEVELOP FOR CONSOLE BEACUSE PC PLAYERS ARE EVIL PIRATES.
Brink proves exactly this point. There’s a reason why I don’t pay for games, when i don’t pay for them. I don’t pay for a lousy game that’s more frustrating than entertaining. BTW: I live in Switzerland, downloading software that you haven’t paid for is not illegal, so go eat a dick. seriously.
I should have never paid for this game. This game didn’t deserve my precious 80 bucks (stuff’s expensive here). If I had known better I wouldn’t have spent my money on it.
It’s all too obvious why I am leaving this game: Because the teambalance sucks, big time. It’s always the same ****ing thing, always a bunch of light player lamers running around with a CARB9. They totally dominate the battlefield and it isn’t funny to try something else.
What’s even worse, is that Splash Damage doesn’t do anything. They don’t even reply to these sort of threads. Maybe they’re pissed off at all these rants because they probably worked hard for this game.
Still, I payed money for it, so I want it to be worth it, but it simply isn’t. I will download Bethesda’s next games, such as Rage, Skyrim etc. and there’s nothing you can do about it because I live in Switzerland and it’s not illegal to download stuff taht you haven’t paid for - it’s not legal either, it’s just that there are no legal grounds for either way.
I should have posted this on the Bethesda Forums to let them know that I will be enjoying their future games for free to compensate for the frustration and the loss of the 80 bucks i spent on brink.
It’s nothing personal Splash Damage, I still think you’re great and I can sense that Bethesda is behind Brink’s awful FAIL.
