… And you are sick of having to temp disable it every time you launch DirtyBomb…

Go to your Advanced settings then Exceptions and add a new Exception, copy paste this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dirty Bomb\Binaries\Win32\BlackCipher\BlackCipher.aes

in there and you should be good to launch DirtyBomb now without temp disabling.

Edit: Depending on your windows version if the above does not work then this one should:

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dirty Bomb\Binaries\Win32\Black\Cipher\BlackCipher.aes

or just BlackCipher
