I think the players who didn’t get their hands on the closed beta should have a chance to get an obsidian card in order to get the card you must do a challenge or register on the dirty bomb website or any other media closely related ti dirty bomb,just like in other games you get a free item for doing things like this and i think the card is a good reward. These are just ideas you can do other things too.
If this could be done it would be awesome...

No. Obsidian cards are FOUNDERS card, meaning people who played before open beta. It isn’t fair for those players to lose their proud when everyone else has one. And plus, Dirty Bomb are giving away different merc skins/loadout cards, the most recent one Alienware.

Actually you are confusing two things: Founders are one set of Obsidian cards that were only given to very early (Alpha) supporters. These will not be available again. However there are no such claims about the Obsidian cards given to the closed Beta participants (the Beta Fighter set). They may be available through special events in the future, although based on the set name I expect not once the game goes into official release… But other Obsidian sets could appear later as well.

As an owner of an Obsidian card, I wouldn’t want the value of it to be depreciated by letting everyone have them, but rather, a trading system needs to be implemented. That way, people could give away these cards if they have no desire for them, while allowing them to still maintain their value.
Hell, they could even go the CS:GO route and open up a steam marketplace, I have no doubt that would greatly increase the community interaction of the game.
