No…? Flat maps mean less places to hide for them and to attack silently from behind/side without being noticed. In DB you can be nearly sure where an enemy sniper may camp - there aren’t many spots per stage/area to choose. Ofc on flat maps it’s also harder to avoid sniper bullets, if you meant that, but not with his sensor ability which would be effective on more complex maps too…
