Ideas for game modes

As it is, Rad Soldiers is an epic game, but it would be EVEN BETTER with different game types! Such as:
Deathmatch (most games already come down to this but, why not?)
Capture the Flag
Survival (hint hint, zombies)
Online Co-op (against AI)
What other modes would you guys want to see?

Puzzles.(soduko) Huge fight where you need to kill off your opponent in the turn you have.

add Stopwatch with different objects each map :> build up a bridge before stealing some docs for exemple.

Mirror mode: play as the exact same team as your opponent

2v2 would be incredibly great, I could get more friends into playing the game this way for sure :slight_smile:

Storymode sounds great and have a final boss which would be really powerfull a Super commander!! Jaja that can use all the Abilities !!

I like the Beach map because the objective is on the other side of the map rather between the spawn points. How about making the objective farther away and having the spawn point closer together with lots of small cover?

Make each team have different objectives.
Maybe: You have to occupy an objective beyond the opponents spawn point.
Maybe: Simultaneously occupy 2 objectives. Each objective is 1 square big and placed far apart.

Storyline will work best for vs AI instead of what is happening now, using the map trail of city as level of difficulty.

2vs2 be great! Bruges and Venice perfect for maps which would be bigger than normal. The only problem is activity which may result in longer delays, I’m sure the diehards will be annoyed if game ends due to inactivity.

Flag based be a mighty change rather than waiting five turns you have to capture several objectives stopping opponent sneaking past and getting flags you done. Be a very mobile game so choosing team is crucial.

Survival would be great as a timed game move. Giving say three or less to move toons etc, with no undoing button. This should be fast games.

Building inside be interesting defend vs attacker. The defender will have half it’s team on rocket position crashed through building. Attack cannot see inside on opponents movement . They only can see via windows and doors etc or opened roof damage till they get inside. On fifth turn the other half of defender team arrive from out side spawn are?

Too much detail on the defend idea. Normal drop zone for offence, the other team starts in zone with 5 less squad points. The best part is most games will end at move 5 or close.
