1.ask community about best loadouts for every merc
2.make a case with them in cw rarity
3.give it to every one
and every one would end up with at least one usable loadout from cw
4.keep 0.3% and 10%
its for people like me ( and while reading the forum i found lots of them) that opened
over 200cases and didn’t got even one gold
simple? 
I would like one limited edition card for just playing during the time they’re here ^^
except if it’s a card like the obsidian phoenix >.>
This is a tricky one for me. Although I believe everyone should have a fair chance to get a skin I don’t think that they should be given away for the sake of it. 0.3% is diabolical and completely unfair and the elite case percentage is slightly better than getting a cobalt which when you think of it is a bit questionable. I’m not sure where I stand with OP’s idea, I don’t hate it but I don’t agree with it either. Maybe they should do an event like, play a total ‘X’ amount of execution rounds as a community and get a free CW case with a random skin. I’d be behind that, I just don’t think putting all the top loadouts into a pool is the right way to do it.
maybe one special mission that you get every week and from that mission you would get that case with cw cards
That means everyone could have had 4 CW cards if this idea ran for the month. It would defeat the purpose of these skins and demolish the rarity. I think everyone should have a fair shot at getting one but I don’t think they should give them out for the sake of making people happy. They are meant to be rare cards I personally want them to stay that way, he’ll I have 2 and I doubt I’ll get anymore and it happy with that.

but you are right 0,3% is too low i played 250h and never got gold from normal case it should be around 2-7 % and i think this would solve the problem
5% would be fair because it’s 10% in elite cases so that would make sense.
