icons/indicators obstructing the view

Although it’s a subject that has been mentioned before I ran into it again recently.
Icons/indicators obstructing the view.

In this particular example there was a sniper behind the pillars, which I could not aim at because the icons/indicators of my incapacitated team mates were in the way.

Would be nice to be able to set a transparency level on these things.

Or remove them entirely.

well, its good to know where are your teammates and if they are downed. its a matter of contextualizing such UI information, you probably dont need to see this icon when aiming ADS, or looking directly at it.

ows about they fade out the nearer they are to your crosshair?

Dead centre - only 10% transparent. 100% (fully opaque) on the edges of the screen.

You already have the radar to display the exact same information, alongside communication via in-game voice chat or teamspeak. All it does to me is add another layer of useless clutter.

I agree with this being a… feature for newcomers or casual players, but implementing an option to turn it off wouldn’t hurt anyone now, would it?
