i would like to compile maps properly

(Storm) #1

anybody compile maps with full lighting and models?
SDradiant seems buggy, but i just don’t know if thats why it crashes everytime i try to compile in any other mode than (single)BSP -meta.
i would like help if you know what strings to type or if you can make a compiling batch file and post it here.
thanks, i’ll post cool water, fog, and light shaders.

Compile in Radiant in 3 passes.

first -meta
then -vis
then -light

Or use a batch file outside of SDRadiant. An example batch file is supplied with the ET Reference Guide. (Check the index)

I think Sock just explained wher u can find the info on the batch file.
If u dunno where the reference guide is check under help in radiant. And then check the compile bit
