I want to follow one player when spectating

I have this problem that whenever I want to spectate one particular guy when I’m dead, I can’t. Because right after I die again, I’m spectating someone else. It’s kinda annoying to waste time to search for this one teammate every time. It’s the same with spectator mode. You change to spectator because you suspect this lvl 3 guy of cheating, but if he dies and then respawns, you have to find him yourself, game doesn’t change to his perspective by itself.

So, I would like to “follow” one player. Whenever I change spectated player by myself, game should follow him and only him, if it’s possible.

At this point I’m a bit embarrassed to ask but how do I change the person I’m spectating? I never figured it out

dont spectate cheaters unless you will actively record footage. otherwisr you are just hogging a slot on the server, and one team is a man down. report and move on

This is another problem - spectators shouldn’t hold the slot.
But I like to spectate people I know, when I am with them in one team and this is why I posted this thread.

like youre not playing in the game but you can still watch them and give some coaching to new players?

No offense but I never understood people whether it’s on Twitch or YouTube playing games on PC and console, but mainly PC especially that people ask what button does “this obvious action”. Like have you never tried the obvious keys in like every game or just randomly pressing buttons or checking the menus? Takes less than a minute. Sorry if it was offensive .-.

Offensive? Nah lol. Really shows how soft the world is getting if you’re worried about offending people saying something as harmless as that haha

Haha I’m quite a blur case it took me a few months to find out I could even do that and I pushed every button on my keyboard but never thought about the mouse lol
