I recieved an item from a drop after a game, but it's not in my inventory/barracks; items.

After a game of Dirty Bomb, I ranked up to lvl 4, and I recieved a drop, a Tested Operative Case (gold).
I exited the game, and wante dto open the Case. But it wasn’t in my barracks. So what do I do?
Is there any way I can get it back?
