So, I just reached level 5 and tried to join a competitive mode game with a friend. The pop-up message came up to click accept which my friend and I both clicked, and while waiting, the connection timed out or something of the sort. When I tried to find another server, it said I had received a penalty without giving me a reason. How do I fix this and why did I get a penalty?
