I need serious help!

i am out of ideas :banghead: …i have nothing to think of :???: …i dont know where to start correctly :bash: … i really need your all’s help on this cause i am lost :bored: … i dont knoww wut to make! i’m really dont know wut i want! :frowning:

i really need help! i’m not a very creative person! but i am very good at creating reactions in maps…(no example)… could anybody give me some prefabs that would fit together in a map… i would be happy to use anybodies prefabs… but i try not to… but this time i’m despirate :eek2:
i have no idea :???: :???: :???: :???: … i know how to map in almost every way but the idea cant come to me! :banghead:

any ideas on what i can do or what we can do?!?!?! :???:

search the internet for war stuff like campaigns ot famous battles, theres loads out there :smiley:

even that cant get me going :bored: and second… i cant do terrain very well…

i would also request a good size terrain .map… cause i’m not good at doing it and it takes forever and its like doing the same thing over and over again :bored:

lol, so what it comes down to is that u ask other peeps to make prefabs for u, prefabs for eveyrhing, and u just fit it into a map??

Isnt that a bit to easy?

just think of something u like to make, like for example a rainy map, or a snowy map, and then think of what u want in the map, like buildings and stuff.

Then search the internet for war piccies of bunkers and buildings and other stuff u want in ur map.

U cant suggest that others do all the hard work for u while u just put it together in a map.

i’m sorry about this… i’m not saying every single peice… just enough to give me ideas…

all i really mostly need is terrain then i can start coming up with stuff… its just hard to do terrain and its doing the same thing over and over again

what do u mean by doing everything al over again and again??

Just look for a good tutorial for easygen, it really isnt that hard

Making terrain is kinda fun I thought, it’s cool playing around in photoshop then seeing your heightmap transformed into 3D and being able to run around in it :slight_smile: Dunno what you mean by doing the same thing over and over again, you sure you’re doing it right?

If you think that part of mapping is boring I can’t wait to see what your reaction is when it’s time to debug your map and fix errors.

Maybe you can take up pottery instead? :wink:

Well I have played some of Tihans maps, and he can do some AMAZING stuff–he just needs inspiration.
