soo dirty bomb is my “main” game for past few months but for the last week i am raging, i have lags and i am just mas at every thing and this is mostly because i ve got potato aim, but i haven’t any pause i almost played thks game every day and i cant find my place in this game
soo i decided to make myself a break maybe i will come back with new energy to this fantastic game that needs some polishing
but any way there is my question: have you guys similar problem ?
i need a break
Potato aim?
Yup. I had that as well.
Once I realized how evil one frame interval is I immediately got better again.
If you feel angry take a break.
Otherwise you lose any aiming skills and that will make you even worse.
I’m in the same boat, trouble is I don’t have any other pvp shooters i can goto atm. And I keep playing DB not out of wanting to but because it has kind of become a routine thing for me. Think I will go enjoy some RTS games or something for a week, get amazingly good at them again then come back to DB after an update or two.

Not true, at least for me, my aim seems to dramatically improve temporarily after a break from fps gaming for a while. I usually come back stomp every fucker who dares cross my path and after about 3 hours I go back to my average ways again with sporadic sprinkles of awesomeness. This is with every fps, not sure how it will fair with DB but only time will tell.
I don’t have the same problem because I don’t treat games as my “only” game any more. I play it when I want to play it, whether that’s once a week or every day for a while. Unless that means I do need a break, since I take them frequently? Most of all I just think people need to not expect the game to be the only thing they ever need to play - branch out, it’s more satisfying.
They should make some sort of Magic the gathering but with loadout cards. That way, you can still play the game but not have to aim
I have the same problem, but on a weekly schedule. I am getting quite decent around friday, then comes the week end and the frustration of playing with weekend players, so you rage more, put less effort, and end up sunday evening not even able to aim the EV 1 meter afar.
For that I’m kinda thankful for exams now I can’t play so thats an automatic pause in other games this helped me alot just to pause for a week or something and get back into it when you feel like. I think by the end of the exams I’m gonna be so pumped to play db again so that’s awesome. I think a pause is definetely neccessary if you wanna have fun on a game for a longer period of time. (Do come back though
)
I pretty much always have other games I’m playing along with a “main” game. I can go days between playing DB and the I’ll play for a week straight multiple hours a day. All based on what I want to do. It’s how I prevent burnout for things that I love.
Currently playing Paladins from time to time as an alternate FPS, Fallout 4, Xenoblade Chronicles X and Skyborn along with Dirty Bomb. Switching between them keeps me from burning out on any one of them.
nah i will have new computer tomorow and i will be myself few games and now i will have games to play! YAAAAAY
