I need a bind for ADS toggling while sniping (so I can have 2 different ADS sensitivity settings)

Is this possible?

I like having my ADS sensitivity set at 1 for all weapons EXCEPT sniper rifles. It allows me to have the exact same sensitivity as when I hipfire, so my aim stays the same when I aim down sights to finish of an enemy accurately.

However, with sniper rifles, a 1 to 1 scaled sensitivity is way too much. I want to be able to possibly bind a toggle to a button (like my right click), so when I hold it while sniping, my ADS sensitivity scale reduces to a lower number (like 0.2).

Any help? I use a basic mouse…so I dont have software or buttons on my mouse that can alter DPI on the fly. So i’ll have to edit something in Dirty Bomb’s console or a config file if this bind is possible.

It is possible to make a button toggle between sensitivities yes, but you can’t have RMB zoom and change to the correct sensitivity based on the weapon you’re using. You have to bind a key like for example F9 to toggle between sniper sens and normal sens, and then manually press F9 every time you switch between them. I’ve done it in other UE games, but I can’t be arsed to look it up right now, I just know it’s possible.

You could get a low cost logitech mouse. They’re bound to feel better in your hand as well.
Seriously, I’d never go back to these white windows office mice. Disgusting.


Here, not expensive at all.

Check some PC gaming magazines, they have hardware guides.
