So I was playing in execution mode and gained enough exp to level up but I got kicked for not playing seriously so I checked my inventory expecting an arsenal crate but I didn’t get the arsenal crate. Help!!! Can I get it back? (Haven’t played any matches till then)
I just leveled up to level 24 but I didn't get any arsenal crate can I get it back ?

Hello. 
You should receive the arsenal crate regardless however it will be slightly delayed.
So play another match or two and it should appear.
If it doesn’t show up send a support ticket via the following link.
Make sure to include a link to your Steam profile.
Their response might be delayed however since it’s the weekend at the moment.
