First time ever in 334 hours in this game, and it was a bad game for me I went 15:9 My only response is that they are welcome to add me as a friend and spec me anytime, I have never used a cheat. I did play rtcw competitively for more than 5 years and I think I developed pretty good aim. Is the person really surprised that I am going to win nearly all 1vs 1 with my arty versus your proxy?

Hackusations are rampant. There IS an actual hacking problem which leads some people to believe anyone with skill is a cheater.
I had one really bad competitive match where they were calling me a hacker the entire round and threatening to report me (spoiler warning; I’m not banned.) So what did they do? They threw the entire game by staying in our last spawn at the end of chapel while the EV was still being escorted! Because “we don’t play with cheaters.” So to the people I played with that match, guess who wasn’t hacking and is still enjoying the game? That’s right, good ol’ Chelsea. Thanks for throwing the game away!

Happens to us all! My partner gets hackusated all the time. He’s one of them good snipers that knows what the fuck he’s doing (like 40/5 in a good pub match or something similar). I guess I can’t blame people though, but it does get on my nerves. “I’m not that good with Vassili so he MUST be hacking! :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:” lmao.
If they’d bother to spec, he misses more than he hits. I hate that people will hackusate without ever even bothering to spectate first before they open their fucking mouth.
I think I’ve only ever been hackusated once… but I do get accused of pubstomping all the time 'cause of my level. Sorry, I’d just rather play where most of the legit players are than get slaughtered by actual hackers in comp.

I was actually almost kicked because I went 40/5 with 25 revives as Sawbonez, the enemy team was convinced I was using an invincible hack or something.

I noticed this watching a YouTuber play a game that has had the same kind of hackusation stuff going on for a while. Every time he’d win a fight, people start yelling at him for hacks - it’s hilarious. Some people are just like that I guess, if they’re losing you must be hacking.

i find the worst player on the enemy team and tell them to turn off their hacks, then i wait for the dookey to hit the fan, as everyone gets into an uproar and spam chat via typing or mic…always turns out to be funny stuff…makes the game 10x more fun and keeps it interesting

I was in a game where I don’t even remember the kill death ratio but the guy scored 31K with Fragger and was talking about how this was fun while he waited out his 3rd VAC ban. He wasn’t even concerned about being called a hacker because he said by time Nexon banned him his VAC ban would be up. That’s the problem. If the hammer fell on these folks a little more quickly, then these accusations wouldn’t fly all over the place, instead they talk about it casually in general chat and people request they be on their teams so they can win. Its actually sad because I wouldn’t mind buying a couple mercs with cash, but I won’t until the game is fixed, I’ll just keep muddling away a couple K a day to buy my mercs instead. I don’t trust this game has staying power right now until they take care of their hacker problem.

If a sniper gets 2 headshots he is called a hacker, it’s too rampant. Hacking has become an excuse “Well I lost cuz he was hacking” while actually they got outnumbered and outaimed.
