The question is how much more exp will I gain if I play Vassili and 1 head shot people with Moa or Felix compare to other normal kills by other mercs. I have about 100 hours of Vassili play time, but I never really think about this. LOL

So I think the amount of xp you get from kills is determined by how much damage you do. So if you are one shotting mercs then you will get maximum xp. You also get some for things like vengeance (killing the person that killed you?) and guardian (saving someone by killing the person attacking them I believe).

If you asking about the excess damage? No. You only get as much as the mercs health.
