please help me?!!??
If you win each campaign battle on the first try, it shouldn’t really be much longer than 5 or 6 hours. (I was going to say longer than Homefront SP, but I don’t remember the average time of Homefront SP. 3 or 4 hours?) Shorter than Final Fantasy XIII.
Depends on a number of variables, but with the single shot rifles, I think 2-4 will cover most circumstances.
8 or 10. Was there ever a final confirmed interpretation of the somewhat confusing SD quote?
“Singleplayer” is off-line multiplayer.
No.
Lots.
Yes, please.

8 maps * 10-30 minutes per map * 2 factions = ~160-480 minutes. About 4-8 hours, in line with Call of Duty. Plus that doesn’t account for “what if” missions.
Depends on body size. Light: 1. Medium: 2 to the head or body. Heavy: 2?
Do not know?
No. Sucks, I know.
According to an article the other day, over 400 quadrillion possible combinations. We can’t really extrapolate how many options each will have from that, without knowing for sure what the categories are. I know they’ve been shown but I’m sooo lazy…
Don’t know… what you’re asking here.

8 missions per side, with a bonus (non-canon) mission on each.
Around 2-4 (depending on body type).
Ten.
Yes, campaign and free play. There are also challenges.
Nope. System Link (LAN) or online only.
Tons (a bunch of faces, voices, tattoos, clothes, gun attachments, 3 body types, and abilities).
Yes.
Well, just goes to show that we are 100% ready to forgive and forget when it means showing off how nerdy we all are. :shifty:
cam_skeetr answered these questions in another thread im pretty sure of it
Your question has been answered but i’d like to point out you spelled Customization wrong.
2-4 headshots? Really? 2 headshots I can easily imagine especially since in ET, wearing a helmet negated some of the damage done. However, a headshot in ET with a rifle did 100 damage (if I remember correctly). Helmets took away 10 or 20 damage, and players could get up to 120+ health depending on how many medics were on the team.
But 4 headshots with a sniper rifle? That sounds absolutely ridiculous. I haven’t actually tested that in any of the sessions I played, so there’s no question that could definitely be wrong, but as I just posted in another thread, SD has been making these types of games too long to do something like that.
Just because you’re a fat guy, and have buffed health, you can potentially take 3 headshots from a rifle (let alone a GUN to begin with) with no problem? Sounds highly ridiculous to me.
I’m going to say you can take ~2 headshots with a Sniper Rifle before you die regardless of body type.
Again, I have no doubt that I could definitely be wrong… I just don’t see them making somebody who wants to play the role of a sniper depend on getting FOUR headshots on a single character to kill them. When has anybody had an opportunity to shoot at and hit someone 4 times with a sniper rifle to begin with, in any game? Let alone scoring a ‘critical’ 4 times.
Well… I guess it’s possible the Drognav won’t do as much damage.
With a Light body type, the Barrett can do a OHK to the head. It’s part of the risk you take for using a Light body type.
The Barrett seems to deal out a universal 2HK for the body and head of all other types.
Drognav is an unknown commodity but it’s supposed to be less damage.

Bigger bodytypes take probably 2. Maybe 3 for Heavy. But you are forgetting the fact that health can be buffed.
I understand that… and I know this game isn’t “realistic” but based on the games SD has done before, there’s no way it would reach 4 HEADshots with a SNIPER RIFLE.
3 to me would still be a bit on the high side. 2 shots is good for all body types, and remember I said in my post that you quoted I pointed out that in ET, the more medics you had, the higher your health was. I’m definitely wrong on the amount, but it definitely “buffed” your health by a significant amount.
3 or more just seems excessive to me from a sniper… rfile…
The idea behind it is they’re supposed to be skill shots, and I don’t see them taking that much away from it, despite how ‘hyperrealistic’ they’re trying to be. Again though, I’m more than ready to be completely wrong… but until I have it in my hands, I have to believe otherwise.
For PC or for Console?
For PC, you will have a matchmaking OPTION, while still also being able to go to the same dedicated server list you have with most games.
For Console, it’s not altogether clear, but there seems to be playlists where you can set certain options (VOIP/no VOIP, FF/no FF) in addition to the generic story-online mode.

Gonna put my 2 cents in:
There are no “sniper rifles”. There are “light rifles” that look and act similar to sniper rifles. Just sayen…

My 1 cent:
Okay, a bb or pellet gun sure may take more than a few hits but…
Including body types and accents, there are approximately 400 quadrillion possible combinations for the appearance of your character.
7.custimization?
Yes?
